All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free
WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove,
traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the
home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and
drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener,
measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking
essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap,
etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge,
hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the
max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid
body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and
iron.
COMMUNITY ACCESS:
You will have access to the Community Pool, Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce
ball and Shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)
LOCATION:
Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian
Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is
close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local
favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby
casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

• LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic
  GUEST ACCESSGuests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that
  allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so
  it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is
  much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
  Other things to note….
• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
  WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
  Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may
  be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or late check out (If
  we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
  WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
  Our homes are keyless entries, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes
  for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival,
  the check-in process is much easier.
  DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
  Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A midweek or mid-stay clean can be provided for
  an additional fee.
  WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
  All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a
  microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and
  serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew
  measuring spoons and more. There are two coffee makers in this rental - one takes ground
  coffee and the other takes keurig coffee pods. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
  There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash
  liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo,
  conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and
  dryer sheets.
  CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
  We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there
  are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services
  staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
  DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
  We don’t have an indoor/outdoor music system. We do recommend bringing your own
  Bluetooth speaker.
  DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
  No cats permitted. However, well-behaved dogs are welcome for an added fee. Please
  note, the owners occasionally bring their cat during visits. If anyone in your party has cat
  allergies, this home might not be suitable for you.
