The house is a true estate, boasting 3 large, en-suite bedrooms in the main house plus a large, 3 room Casita (which includes 2 en-suite bedrooms and a living room). Inside the main house, STONEGATE'S Living Room is an entertainers dream large floor to ceiling windows showcase the mountain views while the updated nod to mid-century modern furniture is comfortable and perfect for viewing the 100" TV screen. It's the perfect room for watching the "big game", streaming a movie, or simply hanging out with friends and family. The Kitchen and Family Room areas are perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise light up the mountains. A separate breakfast nook sits in such a way as to feel as though one is sitting outside. The pool deck is expansive with plenty of seating for a large or small groups several chaise lounges and multiple seating areas are designed to accommodate all. The newly renovated pool has a sun-shelf (or "kiddie-pool") for staying cool on those hot days. The north side of STONEGATE is comprised of a HUGE grassy yard, absolutely perfect for all types of games (croquet, volleyball, badminton, etc.). Play baseball with the kids/grandkids, or play a game of flag football with buddies, it's THAT big! The Estancias neighborhood was once a grapefruit orchard which is why there are over 20 grapefruit trees on the STONEGATE property, PLUS lemon, lime, and multiple orange trees (there is even a mango tree!). It's a citrus lover's paradise and our guests are free to pick at will. The house is in the perfect location for enjoying Old Town La Quinta, The Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella/Stagecoach/Equestrian events), Indian Wells Tennis Center (BNP Paribas), multiple golf courses (AMEX Golf Tournament in PGA West), fabulous restaurants, and more. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker (pods), a 14 cup coffee maker toaster and blender.

KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee maker, 14 cup brew coffee maker, blender, food processor, a variety of tea bags, coffee pods, sugars, half and half, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board & iron.

LOCATION:
4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a "code" rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter our pools are kept around 83 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 102 degrees.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes coffee pods and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
